Magnet machine (i.e. device, which produce useful work only from permanent magnets interaction) can be made by many different ways. We can demonstrated here simplest idea, which is similar to PERENDEV concept

Other results of 2001-2009 R&D projects
1. 2002. Vacuum tube GU-74 (50W power) was investigated as unipolar electro-generator. Rotation of the tube with axial cathode in permanent magnet field produced some output current between anode and cathode. Emission of electrons from the cathode is produced by centrifugal force mainly and it is depend of the rotation speed. The effect is detected and confirmed in experiments of 2003-2003 years. There are positive results. Theory is completed. Application as high efficient source of electric power. Additional research with more powerful version can be planned.
2. 2002. Electrostatic rotating machine as power source. Theoretical results only, the device was not completed. Planned application: high efficient energy source due to ionization of air.
3. 2002. Longitudinal waves. Theory by Prof. Butusov, St.-Petersburg, Russia. Experimental device was tested in 2003 and it can be demonstrated. This device is rotating circuit of electric current that produce local aether gradient. The effect is tested as changes in level of radioactivity, so the technology can be applied for many aspects of nuclear industry including radioactivity control. There are positive results of the experiments. The theory is related also with Podkletnov's effect. Other application of the aether density control is gravity control and other aerospace technologies.
4. 2002-2003 Time rate control. Joint research experimental work with Dr. Vadim Chernobrov, Moscow, Russia. experiments were made in 2002-2004. The device was designed as electromagnetic quazi-monopole of spherical shape. There are positive results of the experiments. In central area of this device some changes (5%) of standard rate of any processes was tested. Theoretically it is explained by Alexander V. Frolov as changes of local density of the aether. Related work was made by N.A.Kozyrev, Russia in 1947-1989 and Harold Puthoff, USA. Applications of the time rate control are aerospace technologies, medicine and radioactivity control. New experiments are proposed with non-electromagnetic methods of the aether density control. You can donwload our reports and also read more about this project in NET magazine.
5. 2003-2004 Water vortex propulsion device. Experimental work is development of Dr. Poliakov's ideas. There are positive results of the experiments. Proof of the principle can be demonstrated as 2 gram axial propulsion force. Theory is developed by Alexander V. Frolov. Application in aerospace, marine and submarine industry as reaction less and propeller less propulsion. 6. 2003 Magnetic antenna. Application in telecommunications. Experimental results of 2001-2003 were negative. Theory by V. Korobeinikov, Russia. Research on the topic was stopped but new experiments can be organized.
7. 2002-2009 Asymmetrical electric capacitor as propulsion unit for aerospace. Theory is developed by Alexander V. Frolov and it is based on T.T.Brown's ideas. Publication on the topic was started in 1994. There are positive experimental results of 1994-2005. Proof of the principle can be demonstrated. It is basis of the very high efficient fuel less propulsion method. After initial charging the capacitor produce permanent propulsion force without any input (small losses for ionization are not important in this case). Application in aerospace as reaction less propulsion device. Independent tests in Larissa Univer by Prof. Nassikas, funds provided by Ministry of Education, Greece. Development of the technology is possible with a Customer.
8. 2003-2006 Atomic hydrogen recombination as
high efficient source of heat energy. It was started in 2002 as joint
work with
Dr. Nicholas
Moller, Spectrum Investments Company. Theory is developed
by Alexander V. Frolov in 2000. There are positive experimental results
of 2002-2005 with different hydrogen gas pressure. Measurements demonstrated
210-250% efficiency. The test bench was certified
by State Metrological Center. Proof of the principle can be demonstrated.
Application is high efficient fuel less power source. Device was exported
for independent testing to Spectrum Investments Ltd, UK, 2004 and Greystanes
Enterprises, Sydney, 2005. Independent development of the project in France
This project is similar to BlackLight Power research

to
reach the same technical result. Our research on this topic in 2003-2006
cost about 50,000 USD. BlackLight Power use 10 millions USD only for equipment.
At the same time they claimed high efficiency only 125% from their 10W
device
The next stage of this project require research
in laboratory equipped with gas and vacuum pumps, spectrometer and other
facilities for plasma and gas laser investigations.
We are looking for partners to develop this technology.
Our plans are to upgrade our equipment to use chromatography, spectroscopy
of gases, heat calorimetry. The prototype stage of this project can
be planned after 2 years of the development work. You can get video

9. 2003-2004 Drum magnet motor-generator. Experimental device is not completed.
10. 2003-2004 Toroidal magnet generator "Flux-machine" or "Twin flux machine". Effect is detected and can be demonstrated. Two symmetrical loads are organized by such way to work for each other and by this way it is possible to double the output power for the same input power.
11. 2003 High efficient mechanical source of energy. It is a spring collector, which is compressed by centrifugal force. Theory is developed by V.Bogomolov, Russia. There are positive experimental results. Proof of the principle can be demonstrated to see difference in input energy and output energy. It is also basis of high efficient mechanical fuel less energy source.
12. 2004 Resonance effects in electro-transformer. Theory is developed. There are no positive experimental results with ferrite core in 2003-2004. Future experiments with permalloy core of the transformer can be planned.
13. 2004-2006 Magnetron as high efficient heat power source. Theory is proposed by V. Korobeinikov, Russia. There is a proposal on experimenting. Application in planned for power industry as high efficient fuel less source of heat and also in microwave oven industry. First stage experimental result can be applied as battery powered microwave oven.
14. 2003-2005 Air vortex power plant. Device of 37KW output power is designed and testing is started. Theory is developed by Acad. Yu.S. Potapov. There are positive experimental results of 3KW output power level on 0.05 atm pressure. The fuel less autonomous mode is planned for 3.0 - 0.5 atm pressure. Application is high efficient fuel less power source, which will transform environmental heat of air into electric output power. Theoretical maximum is 150-180% efficiency. Project stopped. New hardware is necessary.
15. 2006. Cavitation as method to reduce radioactivity of liquid wastes. We tested this idea with St.-Petersburg University and we have 20% -25% reduction of radioactivity effect. More research can be planned for the customer.
16. 2007-2009. Antigravity effects (superconductors). Experiments with HTSC materials were made and some G-effects (weight changes of detector mass) were measured for the case of high frequency EM field. New experiments are planned.
17. 2008-2009 Antigravity effects (plasma). Experiments
were made with low pressure gas plasma pulsing in high frequency EM field.
Positive results were reported.
