Stage: Idea to Prototype
Ideas is to design source of heat, gas and electric energy using centrifugal electrolysis of water.
The goal is to develop experimental
device and technology for heat, HHO gas and electric energy generation,
patent it, organzie sales of licenses and production of Product - low cost
hydrogen generators.
Product is new technology, license
and equipment (electrolyser).
The tasks are to design and test experimental centrifugal electrolyser (the prototype). It is device using high speed rotation of liquid that produce polarization of liqid and by this way we can take electric power in load from electrodes of electrolyser. Also this process of rotation produce gas (hydrogen and oxygen) with high efficiency.
Theory and previous experiements This invention was tested by Mr. Studennikov and Mr Kudymov in 1997 - 2000. They reported about efficiency following: 5KW motor producing rotation of liquid with 15000 RPM provide 40 cubic meters of gas per hour. Pruducing gas we have to add pure water into the device to keep right concentration of electrolyte. Planned results are: We estimate efficiency of this electrolyser about 125 Watt per hour of electric input for the motor to produce 1 cubic meter of HHO gas. Planned experimental device can be used also as electrical energy source of 2-3VDC and 100-200A output power.
Application: power industry, heat generation, electricity generation, hydrogen production.
Period is planned 6 months.
